Endurance Collective newsletter!

The Endurance Collective Newsletter: An Introduction
Hi 👋! My name is Noa, nice to meet you (or see you, if we have met before IRL or online).
I am a small business owner working as a bike fitter, endurance coach and sport nutritionist. I used to be a high performance triathlete a long, long time ago. Now days, I just ride my gravel and road bikes (potentially too much for a ‘has been athlete’), travel as much as I can (often with a bike), take photos (often while riding), stress bake and drink far too much coffee. Home is Vancouver, BC.
There is a pretty good change you came here because you had a bike fitting appointment with me and/or from my website, but if not - you can check it out here. I also write a weekly publication under the same name as this newsletter and I bet you are wondering about the difference between this newsletter and the publication, right? Well, I am so glad you asked, as the publication and this newsletter are quite different!
The publication offers well researched, science backed and in depth articles covering four main themes: 1) women in cycling, 2) bike fitting, 3) sports nutrition and 4) coaching + training thoughts. Each week, I publish an article covering a topic in each theme. There are both free and paid versions and when you get to the bottom of this post, you will see a link with a coupon code for 10% off the annual plan for the publication. Consider this your welcome bonus 🤗.
So the publication is long format. On the other hand, this newsletter is your weekly quick endurance hit, delivered to your inbox every Monday mid day (ish) to start your week off on the right foot. The plan is to make it light and fun, with a curation of all the endurance things I find entertaining / interesting on social media, tasty recipes, links to interesting articles and fun videos, book recommendations and some work updates from Performance Training like local gravel meetups and women only coffee rides.
The focus is a mix of cycling (road & gravel) + triathlon things, women in endurance sports, bike fitting and nutrition.
Alright, lets do this!
….
Wait a second… Not so fast. This is just the intro post! Newsletters go out Monday morning (ish). In the meantime, check out the Endurance Collective publication and take advantage of the 10% offer (or just pick the free option) by clicking the button below 👇
